Heights teaches a vinyasa-style practice. We’ll help you connect each breath to a posture, starting slowly, and then building depth and the right level of intensity for you as we move.

During our 15 minute consultation, Hope will call you to learn more about your lifestyle, health and wellness goals, personal preferences, and any challenges or limitations preventing you from achieving your goals. If your needs align with Heights’ services and we are a fit, we’ll move on to a mutual security check.
-
After we decide to schedule our first session, we’ll initiate a 2 step security check.
(1) Heights will request details to verify your identity and vouch for your trustworthiness.
(2) Hope will share a personal background check to ensure you’re confident that you’re in good hands. -
After we complete a security check, I’ll direct you to my booking page to hold a day and time for your 60 minute session. Once confirmed, I’ll reach out via email to get your home address and coordinate on any other specific details you’d like to share.
-
At Heights, Hope guides students through a vinyasa practice. This means we start slow and simple, and build heat as we progress with repetition and more challenging postures. Each flow will be custom-created for the student based on our initial consultation.

Yoga is a personal practice. This means that it looks different for everyone. I am here to guide and support you as you explore your body and breath.
I offer scented oils and hand massages for those looking to relax or ease into their practice.
Know that the level at which you practice can start at the beginning and evolve with time. There are no set rules and this practice is about your body, and your health goals.
-
After learning about your personal wellness goals and preferences, Hope will create a single session or multi-session plan that is bespoke to your personal needs.
For instance, if you’re a runner seeking relief through stretching, we’ll focus deeply on alleviating tightness in your hips, while building core strength to help you engage your core while running.
If you’ve taken a break from exercise and want to rebuild an at-home practice that encompasses mindful meditation, I’ll create a practice that eases you into movement and incorporates themes relevant to your journey.
-
Hope will arrive at your home 5 minutes before the session’s start time, with a yoga mat and block for your use if needed.
